LoyalFans payout rules

ToS: 'To update your payout method, you must submit changes at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled payout date (i.e., prior to the 1st or the 16th of the month) to ensure they are reflected in the upcoming payout cycle.' The public /payout page carries a translation key named 'payout_changes_must_be_made_at_least_two_business_days' - two business days is longer than 48 hours over a weekend; the stricter of the two applies.

Creator Supplement: 'LoyalFans will remit to Creator, no later than 45 days after the date of termination and subject to section 6.2 (Creator Earnings Withholdings), all outstanding and undisputed Creator Earnings earned under this supplement.' Two qualifiers matter: 'undisputed', and the section 6.2 withholding power.

Creator Supplement, 'Creator Earnings Withholdings': LoyalFans 'may withhold Creator Earnings due to Creator but not yet paid out: (i) if LoyalFans believes that Creator has or might have materially or repeatedly breached any part of this supplement' or the Terms; on a finding of violation it may notify the creator that the earnings are forfeited. Separately, unpaid earnings are automatically forfeited after 12 months if the account's contact details are wrong and LoyalFans cannot reach the creator.

ToS: 'If a Fan successfully obtains a refund or chargeback that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, to be valid and not the result of fraud or bad faith, we may deduct an amount equal to the refunded or charged-back portion from your Creator Earnings ... Creators may dispute any chargeback deduction by contacting us within 30 days of the deduction.' Creator Supplement: 'Successful refunds and chargebacks will reduce Creator Earnings payable to Creator, but will not reduce Platform Fees payable to LoyalFans.'

A sale on the 16th accrues until month-end (up to ~15 days), then LoyalFans has up to 7 working days to pay, then the rail takes its own transit time - and if the balance is under the method minimum it rolls into the next period instead. There is no on-demand withdrawal: the only creator-side control is the biweekly/monthly interval selector and a self-set payout_minimum at or above the method floor.

Live payout-setup specs: {eft:50/$0, ach:50/$0, paxum:50/$0, pagomundo:50/$0, cosmo:50/$0, sepa:100/$0, gb_local_bank_transfer:100/$0, crypto:100/$20, wire:150/$45 (100/$45 if the destination country is CA)}. So a UK creator on a local GBP transfer needs double the US ACH minimum, and a wire creator loses $45 per payout on top of a $150 threshold - 30% of a minimum-size payout.

ToS: 'Earnings below the applicable threshold will roll over to the next payment period until the threshold is met.' And on closure: 'If your remaining Creator Earnings at the time of account closure are below the minimum payout threshold applicable to your selected payout method, we will review your balance on a case-by-case basis ... Balances that cannot be processed due to minimum threshold requirements or applicable fees will be forfeited upon account closure.'

The wizard locks the receiving currency: Canadian EFT pays CAD, SEPA pays EUR, UK local transfer pays GBP, CosmoPayment pays USD or EUR, wire pays USD. ToS: 'Currency conversion or transaction fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility, and we do not control or assume liability for such third-party fees.' LoyalFans publishes no spread, so the conversion cost on EUR/GBP/CAD rails is invisible until it lands.
